The Brumby 100mm Zirconia Flap Disc is a great angle grinder accessory for general purpose grinding and sanding applications. For example weld removal, grinding and clean-up of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, plus paint and varnish removal.
Zirconia grit is ideal for fast grinding and long life. The flap discs also feature a glass fibre back which means there is no need to use a backing pad – you can mount the disc directly onto your angle grinder. The product works best with light pressure, letting the speed of the machine do the work rather than the operator, as the laminated flaps stay sharp until the disc is completely worn out.
